The first thing that comes to mind when guests from other countries come to you is to show Minsk (since I live here) and the nearby cities and surroundings.
A city of history, a satellite city, a city of reservoirs and lakes....Zaslavl!!!
In 15 minutes we are already in Zaslavl and I proudly show the clean and green streets of the city, the church, the church surrounded by a rampart and take you to the famous and advertised lakes (fortunately they are near the city).
But out of the blue.... The road to the lake is littered with garbage, bottles, papers, dumpster after dumpster!!!!! There is a pile of garbage right by the lake!!! Not a single trash can, not a single garbage dump!!! The cars are located right on the green zone...
Where are the administration, deputies, police, public organizations for nature protection looking???
There is not enough money in the treasury??? Real money is underfoot,,, fines for entering the green zone, for drinking alcoholic beverages in public places, for environmental pollution... Yes, you can talk about bringing to justice as much as you like... or my shirt is closer to my body, I'll sit-I'll sit, I don't see anything, I don't hear anything...what is the policy of the local authorities???
