It's a wonderful place to come back to over the years. I was there for the first time two years ago, and now I'm back again. Everything is still -for-me-cha-tel-but! Excellent location (near the park and access to the beach on the lake - 5 minutes by slow walking), clean rooms, friendly hosts who solve all issues, help with words and deeds. Breakfasts are a separate conversation - above all praise! And the coffee shop that has opened nearby helps you feel like you are in a five-star hotel)
And the fact that you can cook dinner in the kitchen adds more stars to this place)

Come here, you won't regret it. We stayed for one night passing through, met a mega comfortable guy, advised cool places where we had a delicious meal and had a good rest + 5 minutes walk to the lake through a cool park.In the morning, they cooked us a delicious breakfast, talked a little and gave us apples to nibble on the way, and about the room itself, everything was clean and cozy)))

A very cool hotel! 10 out of 10. Very clean, beautiful, cozy, new rooms, furniture, bed, towels. And a very helpful host and an amazingly delicious breakfast: for every taste! And the location is super, right by the lake and overlooking a beautiful park! We wish you to stay at the same level!

A wonderful guest house . Near the lake,car dancing, shops, cafes, museum, thermal baths. Dmitry is a caring host, he prepares a very tasty breakfast himself. We lived in a 2-room apartment. Clean underfloor heating.comfortably. lots of space. There is a street area. Beautiful therapy.

I had a rest in July 2021. I liked everything very much. The owner is just wonderful, kind, hospitable, attentive. I lived on the ground floor, I really liked the room. The territory of the guest house too. Plus the sweetest dog and cat)

Nice guest house. Very friendly hosts. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. The rooms are quite comfortable and new for Cholpon -Ata) they are made even more in European style than in Kyrgyz)

We had a rest with our family - we liked everything!
The room is cozy and clean, there is a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer and dishes. In the courtyard there is a barbecue area, a pleasant territory, gazebos, there is a place to chat and spend the evening.
A park area is being built nearby, walking distance to the shore. I liked the breakfasts prepared by the owner and his wife.

Better than many hotels!
A great place to stay, I would like to stay more.
Huge portions of food for breakfast, they will definitely not leave the hungry)
A pleasant and well-groomed territory, a full set of appliances and appliances in the kitchen in a separate cozy house, as well as a set of appliances in the room itself, with a kettle and a refrigerator.
There is no heating, but there is enough air conditioning for heating, it is worth noting separately the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Satellite TV and fast WiFi.
There are plenty of shops and cafes in the vicinity, near the bus station.
