They offer spare parts, in quality close to the original. Spare parts of dubious quality are not offered. The prices for the offered spare parts are at the market level. I have been servicing a car in Sauber for a long time and comprehensively. The factors of choice were the convenient location and initially good reviews from friends. Since then, my car has not seen any other service stations (with the exception of very special ones, such as retrofit specialists).
There is an unusual observation about the individual approach, which came only recently. Starting from some time, when calling to make an appointment, the master receptionists greet by name, they stopped asking for the license plate of the car. During the repair process, they call for confirmation of the actions being carried out only in particularly exceptional cases. At the same time, I am a simple person in a simple car that looks nondescript in the parking lot of this technical center.
That is, my client experience turned into a "one-two-three":
1) in the morning on the way to work, I left the car in the service for another maintenance
2) During the day, I received a phone call from the master about the intermediate status
3) in the evening, on the way home, I picked up the car.
The only thing missing from the exceptional customer experience is a particularly clear technological car wash, so that both the craftsmen can work with a clean car, and I, as a client, can beautifully drive off into the sunset.
I changed the battery here. Such an extremely complex process took almost 3 hours with the promised 40 minutes.
