We went to lunch and didn't regret it. It's beautiful, spacious, and delicious. Live music was playing on the veranda, it was fun, especially the singing company of local residents.
Traditional dishes of Serbian cuisine, the portions are quite large (smoked ribs, for example, could not be handled, although it is very tasty). A small, but also a good selection of wines (Riesling was pleasantly pleased). Excellent juices under its own brand, pure rich berry flavor and nothing superfluous, according to the waiter, do not contain sugar.
The service is fast and unobtrusive. We had a great time, we left well-fed and satisfied.
The restaurant, of course, is relatively touristic, expensive, but delicious and welcoming.
Try their 12-year-old plum raki :) It's better than a good cognac.
The dishes of the national cuisine are good. Take cheeses, baked vegetable snacks, pickles, and a shop salad. I prefer their fish! But meat specialties are also good.
We came to celebrate New Year's Eve, I wrote in advance about the reservation in WhatsApp, but they did not respond. It was lucky that they let us in at all, because those who wanted to come after us were already refused entry. And we arrived at about 18:30 only. We sat in front of the entrance, on the enclosed veranda, it was cool, although there are tables inside, but apparently everything was booked in advance. The pork skewer seemed a little dry, my husband ordered biscuits for 3,000 dinars, he thought they would bring poros, but it turned out to be ordinary goulash with potatoes, they were upset…The musicians take turns playing at each table. They didn't come up to us, but we didn't want to, we were shy). I think it's more comfortable here on normal non-holiday days. Prices are above average.
The restaurant is atmospheric, the waiters are friendly, the musicians are colorful. The food is not mine - the local cuisine did not suit me) But these are my problems)
If you do not want to overpay for the name and history of the place, but just try the national cuisine, have a nice evening and feel the spirit of kafana, then Zavichai is well suited for this. The service is excellent
Cozy, delicious, the portions are large. We waited a long time for the order, but we were warned about it in advance. The waiters are caring, the musicians are sincere.
It is hospitable, cozy, and delicious.
A holiday for the soul.
There are Russian-speaking waiters.
The prices are slightly above average, but it's worth it.
A delicious chain cafe. The food is of a normal price and very aggressive. The staff is standard slow for Serbia. We could have been faster. The atmosphere is set by four grandfather musicians =)

A great place in the tourist center of Belgrade.
There is a second floor with a non-smoking area. Live national music is performed on Friday evening. The portions are good, the prices are very democratic, despite the location in the Scalarlia area.
The most delicious place in Belgrade, in the opinion of our family, with local cuisine. Despite the fact that the restaurant is located in the bohemian quarter of Skadarlia, where prices in establishments are considered the highest in the city, the price here is quite acceptable, while the portions are huge. A large selection of raki. And most importantly - incredibly tasty and conscientious. With a soul.
