I didn't like the food - the main restaurant of the Silichi residential complex was under renovation, and I had to go to the Zavirukha restaurant to eat - it's 400 meters from the residential complex. I immediately refused the "wellness" food - I didn't like the whole menu at all. There is absolutely no meat in it, a bird and a rabbit are not meat for me, they fly through the intestines just like a fish, and after half an hour I want to eat again. But you can't really walk around in the usual menu either - the portions are quite modest, even pieces of bread for breakfast were given two, then three, the same with slices of cheese - then two, then three. The logic is unclear. The main menu (which is for money) is also quite meager, for example, there are only three first courses to choose from - chicken broth, mashed soup and solyanka. And there is only one meat dish at all. In general, I'm a little more than one hundred percent disappointed with the food.
There is nothing to do in Silichi on a weekday! This is a disappointment! Except for barefoot trails and ecotropes, nothing works! Just take a walk through the woods! When it's lunchtime, not a single food truck is working, 1 out of 3 restaurants is working! It organizes meals for all residents, prepares the same lunch for everyone, a conditional lunch menu, however, when someone just comes for a day, they carry the main menu (about 10 minutes, 2 times I went to ask for it again), one of the 2 selected dishes was not available, and the readiness of the second dish was said "we won't lie, but it will be delayed", my question "an hour?" was answered by "half an hour", and in half an hour we were already in Minsk!
Total! On a weekday there is nothing to do there and a minus in catering, it was possible to solve such situations with the usual lunch menu that they prepare for all residents!
Visiting is out of season, the choice is not great, meat and herring are available, they make tinctures themselves, they taste delicious, especially horseradish
