The bosses set the plan as they wanted and the bosses considered the implementation of the plan as they wanted. We had to recycle often and mostly these refineries were long in time - 12 hours. They were often put unexpectedly, i.e. it was time to go home, but the boss came up and said that he had to work for another 4 hours because he had to make a plan. Saturdays weren't always weekends. Everything depended on the number of orders. Therefore, my conclusion is that the attitude of the authorities towards the workers at the factory was more inadequate. Unfortunately, my impression is that the factory is going through hard times (although the TVs are not bad). I just wasted my time. It was a horror for me. It is a pity that businesses are getting worse. It is not desirable for me to work in factories because of problems
