However, at that time there was a hostess in the store, who, in response to our request for a replacement of the goods, objected that the defects were not very large, and in principle they could be demolished for repair themselves. They didn't change anything for us, they just returned the money (and thanks for that). A month later we went to buy winter boots, but it turned out that the discount was canceled for us. There are no complaints about the seller. Responsive, attentive girl. But the attitude of the owner to the customers is surprising.
