The building is old, has notes of St. Petersburg buildings. The restoration of the building was carried out not so long ago. Refreshed and again , as good as new. The paint tones are not flashy. Everything is localized.
A question for the city's leadership. Why are the regional organizations of sports, tourism and physical education located on the ground floor of the building, and the structures for the rehabilitation of pensioners placed as much as on the 3rd floor, have mercy, citizens managers! A person with a crutch or even just an elderly person with great difficulty and at risk to the cardiovascular system gets to the 3rd floor to bring a certificate from the polyclinic for registration in order to receive a 20% voucher to the sanatorium. And black humor appeared - whoever gets to the 3rd floor will get a ticket. And the floor in this building is like 2-3 floors in an ordinary apartment building. Can someone listen to the opinion of pensioners?
As a tourist attraction, it is very beautiful. Personally, my opinion is that they are restoring, updating, but something is wrong. But - I'm not an architect.
An old pre-revolutionary building. Without elevators. Without any unique internal cabinets, etc., an ordinary administrative building. There are no shops inside, no art galleries or museums - the office space is shorter.
