I was at the reception on 09/01/2024.Three stars only for the doctor Shvayko Alexander Nikolaevich, who is not even listed in the "team" of the clinic, which is not very clear ((( The administrator is a separate story, I do not know how in other clinics in Minsk, in this clinic they do not sign a contract with you for the provision of veterinary services, which simply makes you and your the pet is not protected and irrevocable in all relationships, checks are also not issued when accepting cash , about the list of services provided and the price for them , it's just out of the question, is it even legal ???!!!!! I considered the clinic for surgical intervention, after visiting I doubt very much ...... The clinic management, you would have posted an announcement at the reception that the payment for services was for the administrator's approval, and we, as visitors, agree with the amount and pay meekly, now it is clear why the clinic has doors under lock and key, apparently from the tax inspectorate )))))

On November 6, 2024, we visited this clinic with a guinea pig, she had a neoplasm because of which we turned to the veterinarian, they prescribed antibiotics and told us to watch, everything was fine until November 24, when in the evening the guinea pig became sluggish, at 21:31 I called the clinic with a question
- is it possible to come now, the guinea pig's paws have started to fail
To which the clinic administrator replied
- GIRL, HAVE YOU SEEN THE TIME?
Half an hour before closing , 7 minutes to go to the clinic , they refused , but they recorded the next day at 12 p.m.
To my great disappointment, the guinea pig died in my arms at night, and perhaps it could have been saved …
When I called the next day with a request to cancel the recording due to the fact that the animal died, there were no words of support, knowing that I called last night.I expressed my displeasure about being cold-blooded to an animal, to which there was an answer
- We had a caesarean yesterday.
But for some reason, no one said anything about it last night, they only mentioned the time and their dissatisfaction with the late call.
Because of the coolness and disregard, the pet is no longer with us.
