I had a rest at the Lettsy sanatorium in August 2021
I really liked everything.
Even the room, albeit without repair.
The only trouble with pillows is the old feather ones. I couldn't sleep on them.
And so all the procedures and meals were wonderful.
Special thanks to physical therapy.
Very cool!
I was not lazy to get up for classes at 7-15.

06.10.2020, I left an application to the sanatorium "Chenki", b/w 5 min. a specialist from Zdravkurort LLC contacted me and offered a ticket from 10/26/2020. I transferred the money on 08.10.2020 to 34750 rubles,14.10.2020. sanatorium "Chenki" on social networks published a Decree of the Government of the Republic of Belarus: when crossing the State border of the Republic of Belarus, have an original medical document confirming a negative result for COVID-19 infection, completed no later than 72 hours before the date of crossing the State border of the Republic of Belarus.I asked the tour operator to return my money, because it is not realistic to be on the border with the test from the moment of delivery in 72 hours. I've been asking for my money back for two days.Finally, they sent a sample application, and the agreement on termination of the contract is already two weeks old. As a result, the money was returned b/w three weeks minus 5200 Russian rubles.On what basis? Not only did they use my money for almost a month, they also withheld it, as if I had come up with this Decree, and not the Government of Belarus. Russians, do not contact this company, it is a fake company that deliberately deceives citizens.Next time I will go directly to the sanatorium, but not to these suckers.

Such companies are approached in order to easily book the necessary tour and get all the necessary information about it. We paid more than 700 rubles for their services, and since the dates were moved due to the coronavirus, we also paid more than 700 rubles.. And as a result, we were not even informed that children under 4 years old live in our sanatorium for free and they are not even registered. They charged us money for an additional place! It turned out to be quite a lot of money. Either this is the incompetence of the operator, or a deliberate deception. We found out about this after arriving at the sanatorium at the reception. And in order to return the money spent, you need to contact not the sanatorium, but this intermediary office. I think, of course, they won't return it.
