They don't want to do their job because they probably don't know how. They came to print a report, test print, do it and see if everything was printing normally, in their opinion, the client should ask, although they should do it themselves and check if everything was printed correctly. When asked why the frame was printed with a large indentation, I was told that the printer adjusts the borders itself, but they didn't teach me how to adjust these borders to print properly, did they? It seems that they only know how to press the print button and give out what they got. I don't recommend it, you'll be wasting your money.
