And the procedure is elementary, nothing foreshadowed difficulties. And then this place caught my eye. Of course, there was no record in advance, they came on a "first-come, first-served basis". The administrator with a dissatisfied face (distracted from looking at the phone) said to come in 15 minutes, as soon as the master was free. They came and waited for almost twenty minutes more. I didn't like it at all, but it was a good day and I didn't want to spoil the mood and we weren't in a hurry, but still. No one apologized, as if that was the right thing to do. Tea/coffee was not offered, well, it would be fine, not a restaurant. It's a nice bonus from the establishment, but not a duty, so it wasn't critical. But etiquette and polite service have not been canceled. The masters loudly discussed their clients and their business among themselves, completely ignoring the people sitting around. What kind of etiquette and tact is there?.. The master cuts the girl's hair and I see how she is milling the dry, bleached ends of the client's hair. The hair is poorly combed, dry and brittle. The master has gathered her tail, clamped her hand over it and frankly mercilessly pulls her hair. Even if combing your hair well is a problem, then what a master it is! And why mill an already thin and dry hair? Well, I think so. Maybe the client wanted it that way. It is clear that the girl is uncomfortable with such combing, the master does not even pay attention. The client pays for the lightening of the roots (and it is not uniform and it is visible, especially on the back of the head) and a haircut, the master at this time puts things in order at the workplace. I mentally note that it is definitely not necessary to go here... There are many normal places where you can quickly trim your hair without any problems. And then a friend asks for a bag, I look around and see that there is hair on the combs. Both white from a previous client, and dark, it is unclear from what time... Apparently, they haven't heard about processing here. I see my friend looking at these combs, then at me. The master comes. She announces that there is no time to wash her hair, otherwise she will not have time to do anything. "You can see for yourself that the hair is thick, porous, that's how long I'm going to dry you" - yes, about as long as we were waiting for you, oh miracle of high-quality service of the rural KBO level. Here is the statement... And who is to blame if you can't calculate your own time and you don't respect the time of visitors? Then this grandiose craftswoman, without asking the client "how to cut", begins to spray her hair and swings a hairy comb. My friend gets up and we leave. Then we remembered this "wonderful" service for a long time. It happens differently, we are all human beings. It's a bad day, I'm not in the mood, the records overlap... But you need to be able to resolve such situations with dignity, and not that's all. I recently passed by and saw that this barbershop is still working. I hope there are masters there who support the work of this institution.

The salon is terrible and the service is simply disgusting. I came to them to clarify how much the service "trim the tips with one slice" will cost. They said that my hair costs 30 rubles, as I will need to wash my hair and pull it out. I agreed, and they booked me for 11 o'clock the next day. I come the next day at 11, the master is still busy. They did not apologize, did not offer tea, said - wait. Well, OK, I'm waiting. I waited 15 minutes. The master came up, I explained to her that I wanted to cut the ends, she immediately took the scissors. I ask her, won't you wash your hair? I went and consulted on purpose yesterday, they told me that you can't cut my hair with one cut without washing and pulling my hair. She's okay, let's wash it. She did me a favor. With that, the masters not only lack professionalism, but also such a thing as ethics. When I was there, two masters stood and discussed another salon and said that this "Marshmallow" was no match for him, that he needed to go there, there were different conditions and a contingent of customers. Is it okay??? I was sitting there wondering what I was even doing here. As a result, I got up to pay off and they tell me not 30 rubles anymore, but 38. That is, they cannot agree among themselves in their price list, as I understand it, the more you can rip off, the better. In general, girls, take care of your nerves and money, for such a cost you can go to the salon at a much higher level than this one, especially if the masters themselves speak about it like that, without being shy of their customers. I'm definitely not going there anymore!!!
