I am extremely disappointed with the purchase of Schwerin Pine on this site.
The product photos are misleading. The claimed image of the Schwerin Pine on the site is significantly different from what I received. The photo shows a beautiful, healthy plant, and they sent me a plant that does not look at all like the photo presented. This is pure deception!
The product description does not correspond to reality. The description stated that the height of the plant is 40-50 cm. However, I got a plant only 30 cm tall. This is absolutely unacceptable when a customer pays for one thing and gets something completely different.
Manipulations with the description after purchase. The most outrageous thing is that after receiving my order, the description on the website was changed. This is an obvious attempt to hide their mistakes and deceive new customers. Such behavior is unacceptable for a self-respecting company.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase experience and do not recommend anyone to place orders on this site. I wish the company would correct its mistakes and start treating its customers with respect and honesty.

On February 14, I bought my wife a live flower on the advice of a sales consultant. Rare, unpretentious. They told me everything, reported to buy bait and fed it themselves. We were invited to pick up a flower on February 23rd. However, already on 22 feral, all the leaves of the flower have fallen off. When I contacted the store, they pointed out to me a decree according to which flowers are not subject to exchange and return. I didn't hear any simple apologies either. In general, a good "world", thanks to them for a successful gift.

There were 7 marts, we bought 4 Belarin series primules for gifts.The next day, after removing the gift wrapping, they found that the lower leaves of all the plants were damaged, most likely frozen.We also wanted to see weigela and hydrangea -there is practically no choice.
