Never rent a cottage from these people.
For 230,000 rubles, we rented a house absolutely unsuitable for recreation
Everything in the house is broken, the water in the pools has not changed apparently for years. The air conditioners don't work, they promised to fix it all month, but they never did. The house stinks of gas, in the summer kitchen there are also constant pops from the gas, the water in the tap is barely warm, it is not possible to wash. The lights are constantly turned off, the Internet is almost not working, and the cherry on the cake is that you can turn off the light and ask for additional payment for the light, allegedly you spend a lot, although they have 2 pumps for the pool on the site, watering the site pump and workers who will also be for your the bill.
There are also workers living on the territory who can come drunk in the evening and swim in their clothes in the pool and this is the norm for the owners. A completely ruined vacation. Don't mess with them!

The money is in advance, and then they forget that they were paid a considerable amount for the house..
we came to relax with a family with young children, booked a house in advance, asked to fulfill several requirements (cleanliness, Mosquito nets, clean pool). No one refused us, but nothing was done, upon arrival, taking advantage of the fact that we are with children and it is more difficult for us to search / move, we were fed "breakfast" for a couple of days until we took the money for the house and then completely gave up on everything.
So. About the condition of the house:
1. The beds are all in a crumbling state (in one room - if you lie on one side of the bed - the second one rises, in the other - the legs diverge). When asked to fix it, they offered to sleep in the hallway on the couch with the child!
2. The water does not heat up well, it is barely enough for one person to wash, while setting the faucet to one position - boiling water will flow from it, then cold. Plus, a couple of times after the owner's visit, the water was barely warm
3. It was very dirty and dusty in the house, it was scary to step on the paths in the bathroom with bare feet. until she yelled at the owner, which was very dirty - they didn't want to do anything. According to the owners, cleaning and maintenance of the house falls on the customers during the rental period. At the same time, customers enter an already dirty house.
4. The dishes in the kitchen are all greasy 🤮 before cooking and eating, I had to wash everything in ice water
5. Constant power outage. After paying for the house, the next day the electricity was turned off with the words:you have to pay if you want it to work. The rental amount was negotiated in advance, there was no question of electricity! Since they did not sign the contract, we were caught in a desperate situation again! And again they wanted to cheat for money
6. We were offered a married couple who had to take care of the house (clean/cook/clean the pool). After the first time, we removed the task of cooking. All they had to do was clean the pool, wash the dishes, and clean the house once a week. As a result, they did everything only after the "kicks", and we also cleaned the pool ourselves

A completely ruined vacation. The house is completely cleaned inside, the beds are broken, the air conditioners do not work, the carpets with traces of burning from cigarette butts, the water is barely warm, it is impossible to wash. It stinks of gas, the electricity is regularly turned off. You will also have supposedly houseworkers living with you, who will swim drunk in your pool. The house is dirty, the plumbing is in terrible condition. The owners extort money for any reason, if you do not agree, they will turn off the gas and electricity.
Do not spoil your vacation, avoid this place.
