For so many years, it would be possible to at least solve the issue of heating. Not to mention the renovation, it's just like in Soviet times. People wear jackets at concerts. The bathroom is a nightmare. Not only is the smell audible all over the ground floor. It's absolutely impossible to breathe when you go in there. Lack of basic hygiene products, soap, toilet paper.
