It was in the summer of 2024. It couldn't be worse. I looked at the exchange rates, it says that they have the best exchange rate in the city in Polish zloty. I came here on purpose. I went down (the stairs are dangerous) all the ticket offices are closed, only one is working, the scoreboard where the courses should be lit is turned off. I stood in line. I come up, they tell me that they don't take pills at all. Explain how to set the best exchange rate in this particular exchanger, if they do not accept this currency at all?! Moreover, the yacht owners changed a few dollars and I was told that they do not accept them either! A dollar! They accept it everywhere, but not from them, I clarified why they work at all and what currency they accept, they only said yuan (it's clear why there was a queue of Asians) but damn, what the hell!? I'm very angry, I had to go to the train station. Why set the best exchange rate for gold and not take it, and where has it been seen that dollars would not be accepted? (I don't know if they were accepted to Jordan or not at all) They waved their hands at me at the checkout. Idiocy

Zepter Bank has appropriated my money. In August, they started charging 10 euros each for card maintenance, without sending either a message about the tariff change or notifications about charges. They just posted an information message on their website, which I probably had to view regularly. It was only when I tried to close the card that I discovered that the balance on it was negative. Now the bank demands that I repay the negative balance as well, otherwise they refuse to close the card.

When I issued the card, they said that the payment includes three years of service. And they decided to make more money on you as non-residents. Now they charge $10 a month. They are completely "gone". This is plus 12,000 rubles per year! Despite the fact that payments to booking, agoda, airbnb do not go through. Contactless payment flew off immediately, you can not transfer to the card for rental services through the application, just go to the office! A bank of unprecedented greed and stupidity.
