We were very surprised, the water without an admixture of artesian from underground sources. The beach is equipped with sun beds, the entrance is only 1000 tenge. You can take up to 2 children up to 7 years old to the lake with you for free. Pensioners are free from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.. Of the disadvantages, they do not give a receipt for paying for an entrance ticket. There are no rescuers on boats in case of unforeseen circumstances. I hope next year they will take into account the shortcomings. It was possible to sell a monthly subscription for those who walk every day for at least 10000tenge. I walk myself every day. I don't work myself, it's expensive to pay 31 thousand a month. I wish the shower room would also work after and before visiting the lake. And so I'm glad that someone bought Zerbulak Lake and improved the territory, the embankment with good sand.

The new Zerbulak Water Park is a great place to spend your holidays. Tickets can be purchased through the app or at the ticket office. It's better to use the app so that you don't have to wait in line at the entrance.
The ticket for adults is 5000 tng and for children 4000 tag for the whole day. You can rent a cot for 7000 tng. You can buy food there yourself or order it through the waiters. If you want to ride a lot of slides, it is better to come at 10:00, since after 12:00 you will need to stand in line for 15 minutes on the slides.
The water park has a swimming pool with a wave effect, a children's pool, and an adult pool.
Sun beds and life jackets are provided free of charge.

Especially when I arrived at the city hospital, the first question was, just don't tell me that you were in Zerbulak? My children really liked the slides and everything else, but everything is very expensive. It's not like I'm a poor person, but even I understand that it's very expensive, but what about low-income families who brought their children to the water park? Is that how they check you at the entrance? It's easier to get to the airport than to you. The poor grandmother was with her grandchildren and brought home-made compote with her and she was not allowed to carry it. Or maybe she can't afford to buy just water in this pool, because it's very expensive, what should ordinary people do? Complaint about the Zerbulak water park, on July 9 at night at 23:59 we wanted to see the prices of the water park through their application Zer. , out of curiosity we clicked on the tapchan to see the price, after clicking the tapchan type, the price immediately came out and the amount was deducted from the card for it. They didn't even understand it themselves. As a result, they informed Kaspi bank about the cancellation of the payment, to which Kaspi refused with the message that only the supplier has the right to make a refund. Since it is night, on the morning of July 10, I contacted an employee of the water park, who in turn asked me to send all the confirmation screenshots about the payment. The employee himself , during the first conversation, affirmatively reported that the water park was open from 10:00 to 20:00 , after that they did not answer either the phone or the whatsapp .On a subsequent call, the same employee said that there would be no refund, that the date was old on July 9 , 23:59, and today is the 10th , that is, 1 minute solves everything !So why does the application accept payment after the closure of the water park, and why after the closure of the water park all amounts are debited without refund!!!??? Does it mean that their online application is raw, unfinished, or the programmers are weak, according to them, return is impossible, since everything is automated!
