Very beautiful nature. A great place for walking through the coniferous forest. The food was delicious. The service is also decent, the staff is courteous. The rooms are standard, renovation is possible, the furniture is elite Soviet, while the mattresses are comfortable and the bed is pleasant to the body.

Zern is my love at first sight! It's so cool here! There is a forest around, on the shore of the lake, even just walking, you become a healthy and happy person. The air is intoxicating, you get enough sleep as in childhood. For recreation, this is one of the coolest places in Kazakhstan.

Well! It was the second time. For holidays with children and parents at the age of the most. The rooms of the second building are simple but clean. Wet cleaning takes place every day. Shower stalls are good but small for large people. Quietly calmly. A large area where you can walk, ride a bike. There is a small beach. A nice pool, in every sense. Both wide and deep. The dining room doesn't seem to be bad either, but the menu needs to be revised, slightly modified. And sugar, napkins should always be on the table.

I liked the location, the amazing nature. A balanced diet, by the way, everything is very tasty. A significant disadvantage is that there is no coffee. You can buy it and then 3in1 only in a cafe. You won't be able to drink coffee for breakfast.
As for the service...The room has not been cleaned once in two days. At the entrance, it was clear that there was no fresh cleaning in the room. The balcony was dirty. There was no soap in the dispenser, in response to our appeal, we were told that they would do it only the next morning, and as a result, after repeated reminders, they did it only by the end of the next day.

Hello everyone. I decided to leave a review. My family and I had a rest in this sanatorium at the end of July. On the recommendation of relatives.
When we entered the territory from one kind of building, I thought "Gorgeous" but I was deeply mistaken. Somehow finding a place for our car (there is no parking lot), we went into the building. When I entered the building, it was as if I had entered the USSR, firstly this stove (slippery) and secondly these sofas (they are probably 15-20 years old) these chickens and chanterelles (creepy) This is not a hunting lodge. There is a load-bearing beam (concrete) at the entrance and the entrance door is attached to it, it is 45-55 centimeters. That's not all.
Next, the Reception is generally a tin. Our security is more civil at home.
Then, after receiving the keys to the room (213), we went up to the 2nd floor. When I saw the door, I was shocked once again (before that there was an electronic lock, the rest of the rooms have it, namely ours did not) opening the door, we entered the room, seeing the bed not made, dirty linen lying on the floor, bathrobes, towels, I was shocked once again, silently looked at my wife meanwhile, she called the reception desk from there, they radioed that the room needed to be cleaned, it was audible because the maid was cleaning the room next door, muttering under her breath when she came (like we prevented her from cleaning the room) (how so? Didn't Katya clean the room?? Did she ask herself? And she asked us to go out and walk for 10 minutes on the street.
After going downstairs, we began to explore the sights of this institution.
After 15 minutes we returned to the room, everything was cleaned and the bed was made.
There is a wall at the entrance (like for a card to have electricity in the room) I asked the maid, "is it like having a light on in the room?? She confirmed, "Yes, but it doesn't work," she said. I then asked have we returned to the 20th century since the 21st century? What did she say for the 18th century))) (gygygy)))))
It was time for lunch and we went to the dining room, and there is a column at the entrance and the front door was attached to it. Our table was originally #9 (while we were there, our table changed every time))
Apparently someone broke a glass of jelly at our table in the morning or someone spilled it incomprehensibly shorter and we did not pay attention and started eating.
After lunch, we went outside, the weather was cool, the smell of coniferous trees was wonderful, in a word, we began to breathe pure oxygen and walk.
So it was time for dinner, when we came to the dining room, they put us at table # 9 and we saw the same spilled jelly at the foot of the table, asked us to wipe the floor, to which we were told that this was not their responsibility. And that surprised me.
After dinner, we turned to the reception (we told the whole story and after that in the dining room they began to treat us like friends)) we changed the table every time (like this is a punishment for us))
I won't comment on anything about the food.
I will say one thing. I didn't like it.
In short, I want to summarize. There is nothing there except oxygen. The building looks great from the outside but leaves much to be desired inside. Speaking of the bed. The mattress is terrible. It's like it's stuffed with lumps. It is not possible to sleep. Somehow, after living there for five days, we left. I'll repeat it again. There's nothing there but air. I don't recommend it to anyone.
I had to put one star because it would not be published, otherwise I would not have given a single star.

After that, at the end of August, we rested for three days in Riksos-Borovoye. And they forgot these days in Zerenda.
