A great place for a family vacation. A large territory, a huge number of places where you can spend your active holidays. There are gazebos with access to the lake, cool baths with a font. We had a great weekend with friends and colleagues.

A good place for this location. The taste of the dishes is quite on the level. The service is good, but not great. In the evening, live music interferes with the tranquility even in the next room. There are no toys in the children's room at all, it is unclear what to do there.
In 2023, they began to make pergolas over the summer garden, it will be more comfortable.
For 5 stars, tighten up the service and start accepting all types of payments.

We visited this institution on May 9, at the opening of the summer playground. The waiters do not record the order and are also unable to remember it. As a result, out of 5 ordered dishes, only 3 were brought, which had to wait about an hour. An incorrect invoice was brought, it was corrected several times, the climax of everything was the calculation when the terminal could not be found for about 30 minutes. I strongly do not recommend visiting this place.

It's terribly stuffy, their air conditioner or air supply is useless. We suffocated all evening , promised it would be cool in the evening , and did not wait . The kitchen is not tasty at all, just greens , arugula, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ even the meat has only greens, in general, the kitchen is not worth the money. There are constantly dirty dishes on the tables, the plates, forks , and wine glasses have not been changed all evening. The only advantage is the view and location.

A slow-moving waiter who needs to be followed if something is needed. The food is delicious, but the portions are tiny. I do not recommend it, in Almaty you can find a much more successful place where you will be fed quickly and deliciously.

Finally, our lake was put in order!!! Now there is a very beautiful embankment and a bridge across the entire lake!! Surfing. Water skiing. Gazebos, baths, and in summer a large beach. And in winter there is a huge ice rink!! I advise you to visit it even now, just to take a walk.

The park is beautiful, there are many interesting locations for photos. It is good to visit it with children, there are many pretty lawns for picnics.
There is only one Grain restaurant on site. Drinks can only be purchased at the entrance store.
I had to look for a bathroom too. We found one in the restaurant and the second one at the end of the territory. I get 2 stars for this.

About half a year ago, the service and food were below the baseboard (but now everything has changed, they hired very good staff, they began to cook very tasty (you can immediately see that another cook) there are animators every weekend. There is also a Playground on the territory, many places of the photo zone, and in summer a very cool pool. I definitely advise everyone to try their pilaf and do not leave yourself without dessert in the bread and wine store.
