We go into the grain occasionally, we almost always see new waiters, the service is lame but tolerable, I recently went in with my daughter and made an order, (I want to note that after ordering, the waiter clarified with a dissatisfied voice, and that's it?? Although people take a cup of coffee in the hall and sit for more than an hour! I ordered a drink, dessert and a second course), we eat and the child asked to walk around (she is not even 2 years old) calmly played, walked around without touching anyone, I watched her so that she did not approach anyone, customers are sitting,smiling, and then the waitress comes up and says:if something happens, we are not responsible, I tell her that I am watching her and it is clear, then she puts forward that she is interfering with other clients, I ask what? The waitress started talking nonsense that we made a mess, although it was clean, I asked to show where it was dirty after us? Then he says, accusing me, I ask to call the admin, a guy comes (introduced himself as a senior manager, although then the admin said that he was a supervisor), says that you can't make noise in a coffee shop, it's a coffee shop!I ask them to provide me with the rules where it is prescribed (I will say right away that my daughter did not scream, she just walked near our table) and since they have it like this, they should hang signs that you can not with children! Should I forbid her to go now? After I ask him to invite me, he says with a grin (to me that you should call the CEO here) and leaves without providing their rules of conduct, a real admin came and answered incomprehensibly that they would train the staff, she apologized but this did not change the situation.I am still shocked that I was run over by the staff of such an institution.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that there are excellent coffee shops nearby,ANT'S,PASTA where the service is head and shoulders higher,cozy,there is a playroom and we have been going there with a child since birth and have never encountered such a thing.
Zerno, you should train your staff before allowing them to work, and if you have such rules, specify them at the entrance!

Hello! I really liked this place, atmospheric, stylish, and most importantly very high-quality, not traditional, unusual and delicious food, good service and sympathetic staff. Now we buy bread only of this brand👍But the impression was very spoiled after I called the restaurant on October 10 and booked a table for 4 people, for the evening of October 11, my daughter had a birthday. The receptionist did not meet us at the entrance, but simply reacted indifferently and coldly... without a smile and interest in our presence… A surprise was waiting for us ahead, when we selected the dishes, asked for a wine list, only the waiter girl informed us that alcohol was not on the menu, neither the administrator when I booked a table, nor the hall administrator, warned us about it. A birthday is a holiday that implies at least a glass of champagne. We had to look for another place, at 20:30.. The mood was thoroughly spoiled. There were 4 of us, and if there were 8-10🙄😂. They apologized to us very dryly…I understand that the lack of alcohol is the policy of the institution, but why is there no information about it anywhere, and no one warns about it ... such places imply rest, and each visitor decides for himself whether to drink alcohol or not, I think the institution decently loses a large number of potential customers 🤷♀️…

I went to have dinner, a nice and pleasant place. The hall is quite large, there is a lot of space, the distance between the tables is normal, low ceilings, dim lights, live music (a trio of guys played well and sang classic hits). The kitchen is universal, without national specifics, suitable for any guest. I ordered spicy broth with beef, lamb confit, pickles. I took a drink of tinctures (I really liked it on sorrel). The waiters are friendly, while I was waiting for an order, one of the staff kept me occupied with the history of the establishment and their mission. The order was not prepared for long, the broth and lamb were excellent, the pickles went well under the tinctures. I recommend the place to visit.

The waiters are not very good at the menu.
New potatoes with asparagus and dried tomatoes — for volume, green beans are mixed together with asparagus. Of course, there's not a word about it on the menu.
Salad with eggplant and yuzu sauce — practically without any dressing at all. Dry.
Very bland dishes. There is no salt on the table.
Lamb brisket. The waitress asked, "what kind of roast?" But this is stewed (!) meat. Cold (!) pea puree was thrown on top of him. As a result, the dish is cold.
Delicious bread. Delicious lemonades.
Please note that the bill immediately includes 15% for the service. Even for that.

sooooooo awesome rest, definitely underestimated, judging by the workload.
the only thing that can be said is that it feels like there are two shifts in the kitchen. August 25th was perfect, especially honey cake.
August 31 - some dishes, especially with meat, were a little dry. but there was great live music :)
the price tag is too big. but it's not for every day. therefore, it is justified.

I really liked it here. We went 5 times, just every day. The dishes are great, delicious, fresh, the staff is well trained and attentive. There were always a lot of local people who came there to have dinner. It's a pity there weren't all the tinctures, I wanted to try it. Oxalic tincture is something. They took it with them as a gift to everyone. I recommend. 5+

Visually, the place is very pleasant (which attracted me initially), good desserts, quite tasty lemonades, but this is where the advantages of this institution end 🤷♀️
The service is disgusting, starting with the girl at the counter at the entrance, who did not even say hello, ending with the restaurant manager, who did not come up to us, although the waiter informed her of our complaints🤔
The waiter himself was clearly an intern, he was very fussy, he forgot a lot, but it was obvious that he was trying
One of the items in the order was fettuccine pasta, but ravioli was brought instead, they did not ask for a replacement anymore
Pistachio shells were found in a salad with strawberries, tuna and strachatella, but we were lucky, otherwise a trip to this institution would have been too expensive :)

Unfortunately, after the innovation, the institution is associated with a children's cafe, such as Pasta from Sabina nearby, so now the rating is 3, I do not support this concept. However, if you just need to eat, it's a good choice, the dishes are on the level.
