I don't go to the store because of the seller, a very unpleasant woman. And I think a lot of people do that. I asked for permission to try on a hat, the seller did not allow it, refused, apparently, she thought that I could not afford it. Perhaps this is the hostess herself, since she allows herself to behave like this.

She allegedly bought a winter jacket for 610 rubles, the Seller Zina behaved like a market woman imposing her opinion and her "impeccable" taste. At minus 10, I just got sick in this jacket. At home, I checked for an even distribution of eco-fluff, and was surprised that for such money the jacket turned out to be half empty. I returned the jacket back, the seller behaved rudely, accused her that she had branded things and it couldn't be cold in her, that I was lying, and I just didn't like the jacket. Instead of the acceptance certificate, she wrote on a piece of paper, like a printed business card, "the jacket was screwed 610." She promised to return the money in 3 days, when I called, she said there was no money. I say, how is it, an elite chalon, but they can't return my 610 rubles in a week. They returned on 31.12 with scandals, shouts, insults, and accusations of lying, but not accepting the fact that they are selling Chinese forgery for a lot of money. I say, look at the empty fabric in multiple places without fur, but she told me- you don't understand- these are new technologies. Obscurantism.
