We stopped by for dinner. We ordered chicken soup for the child and meat. The dishes were brought very quickly, everything was delicious. The portions are normal, the prices are adequate. The staff is very polite.
Inside there is pleasant music, beautiful, comfortable furniture.

The cafe is nice, BUT the service leaves much to be desired. The waiters are insubordinate (not all of them , of course). One of them was YELLING at the whole hall, trying to call someone from the next room. It's like he's at the bazaar or at home calling his negligent wife (rude and boorish). In short, a senior manager should be regularly briefed. ..
We stayed at this hotel and went down to a restaurant for dinner, the waitress does not know at all about the dishes they are made of, ordered the dishes twice, she came and said they were not there. The manager does not understand at all what he goes there for, they said how much we charged for a flatbread and I held out the card, it was not there for 7 minutes, she could not withdraw 2000 soums for a flatbread, and returned the card. To say that I would like to return to this restaurant once again - unfortunately not. I do not recommend it to anyone. If they are a restaurant at the hotel, then both the service and the staff of the appropriate level should be, a restaurant with such a service will not last that long, this is a note to the management.

Disgusting service, they waited until the vacant table was removed for 20 minutes, they could not take the order for another 10 minutes, they said there was nothing but kebabs and soups, but when they wanted to order soups, they still ran to the kitchen several times. They brought compote, they didn't give glasses, in general, it was terrible. Spoiled mood, they left, they did not eat. We have not received an apology. All Uzbek hospitality has been crossed out! We have eaten a lot of places in Uzbekistan, but this is the first time we have encountered such a service!!!

The food is normal, but there is not enough sauce for the meat, it does not go with all the dishes. The waiters do not record the order, so they did not bring any of the orders twice. Once they included an unsolicited dish in the bill. At first we decided not to exclude it from the bill, but stupidly brought it when everyone had eaten a long time ago and we wanted to pay the same! But then they deducted it from the bill. Unpleasant aftertaste from the service.
The rest of the kitchen is 4 points, there is a lot to strive for.
The service is excellent inside you can enjoy the aquarium, you can order with one call, the food is super wonderful, I advise you to stay at least once, it will surprise you, I recommend it to everyone
when we visited in November 2021, there was a girl in charge, services, food, everything was great...this year we visited again, that head is not there, apparently she quit, the food is delicious as well, especially the steak is delicious...but the service ... terribly spoiled... the waiters do not bring it on time, they forget the order, they filled the check with excess at the checkout...

Good, delicious, but 2 stars solely because of the portions. The portions of salads have become sooooo small, especially Caesar and merzhimek. But it is convenient to order directly to the room.
