A very cool place! White sand, clean water! You can sunbathe, swim (there are 2 water slides, saps), play volleyball. The place has become very popular, mini and A-frame houses have appeared. We have booked A frame house for a day. But it's so good there, one day is not enough ... in the evening we sat on the veranda late, breathing the clean air of the forest. I recommend you to visit. Nice interior. Comfortable chairs.
The kitchen is good, I ordered dumplings, they are just homemade! The prices are on the menu as in restaurants. Alcohol is sold only by bottles, so when going on vacation, throw alcohol in the trunk, it will come in handy.
Good territory. Ice rink, slide, buns, skates. There are no skis if anything. There are baths to choose from, which I have not visited.
We saw 2 rabbits in cages. The daughter was delighted.

If you want to cook on the grill yourself, then every house has a playground for this, fully equipped. The houses on the shore have a beautiful view of the lake, the water splashes pleasantly, it is very soothing. Lucky the neighbors weren't noisy. Nice beach with sun beds. The service is just at zero level.
We booked a VIP house at the price of 140,000 per night. The correspondence said that the barbecue area (gazebo) is included in this price. Upon check-in, it turned out that the gazebo area was shared and other people claimed it too.
We booked a sauna for one time, as a result, the time was postponed every 15 minutes. In fact, they got into the bathhouse two hours later than planned.
Breakfast was included. This "included" included tea, porridge and a store-bought sweet roll. Well, what is it?
We came for breakfast and just didn't notice us for 20 minutes. Tea was brought about 40 minutes later. Despite the fact that there were 5 waiters and all the other tables were empty.
In the evening, knives were asked to the room in order to have dinner with meat. It was refused.
In the morning we found out about the taxi, in response: order yourself. Then they ordered it in the end, but what kind of attitude is that?
Our money and time spent cannot be returned. But I would really like this review to be seen by the owner of the recreation center. You have invested a lot of money in comfort and coziness. And the hotel team is not able to provide proper service. Doesn't it hurt?
We will not return here again, and I do not advise those who want to come here.

In the A-frames, it is very hot on the second floor, but it is a little cold on the ground floor. Children can't be sent to sleep on the second floor - it's not a safe staircase, and it's a little cold downstairs - the warm floor is one name, it blows on the floor. The situation is saved by a magnificent view, clean air! In winter, there is essentially only a slide from entertainment, we did not get out of there!

Oframe is the house of the plague - all new. There are air conditioners, refrigerators (very small). The bed linen is very clean!

There is a full kitchen, if desired, you can cook.
Nice beach. The territory is well maintained, although the construction site is on top.
Probably, there is not enough spa with a swimming pool. Although there are baths.
If it can be attributed to the disadvantages - prices. It is clear that everything is being done for the capital Central Asia and there is clearly no downtime, however, I would like to relax in Kazakhstan, a little cheaper than "in Switzerland".

We stayed in Eurodome for a day when we decided to extend our vacation in Borovoye for another day. Therefore, a bit of a superficial report. The place is good, I liked it: a house on the shore with separate access to the lake; a private sandy beach with a pier and sun loungers; there is also a shared beach where there is a rental of boats, sapboards, bicycles at reasonable prices, 2 small slides; the house itself is very cozy and neat with panoramic views of the lake, there is a terrace, barbecue area (shared by 2 houses). There are 6 houses in total, and there are also A-frames. The children liked the rope park, the shooting range with a bow and a pneumatic weapon. I didn't like it: the check-out time is 12, and the check-in time is 15.00, an hour later than everywhere else, but even then we had to wait in the sun until almost 16 o'clock, when the house was cleaned. Parking is a bit far from the houses. In the evening, hordes of mosquitoes host the beach. The restaurant is very weak in terms of cuisine, but not in terms of prices. For breakfast, which is included in the price, they served a cold omelet, a delicious sausage and very tasty pancakes with jam. The entrance to the water is shallow, good for children, but the bottom is covered in algae. The staff we contacted was excellent and responsive, except for the check-in situation, of course. It will be necessary to stop by for a few days for a good rest.

I have carefully read the previous review and agree with it! It was not possible to put another star for the following 5 reasons:
1) Security and meeting staff should be more friendly. The skill of smiling is very important in the hospitality industry;
2) None of the shared guest houses had a refrigerator. To keep our food from spoiling, we had to store it outside on the windowsill. At night, either squirrels or dogs gnawed through 3 layers of packages. If you put at least one shared refrigerator, there would be no price.
3) None of the shared guest houses had a kettle. What if the guests want hot tea after midnight? One kettle would significantly increase the comfort of your stay;
4) There are no trash bins in the rooms. If they are installed, the user experience of the guests will become even better.
5) When checking into the room, you are asked to leave a deposit on the spot. Only in cash. But to take it back, you need to go to the administration yourself.
Separately, I would like to mention the restaurant, which corresponds to restaurants at high-level hotels: in terms of interior, service and cuisine! And the prices are approx.
