Today, 11/3/2024, I bought Arab shawarma at the Zhanchik cafe on Nemanskaya St., I had bought it many times before and there were no complaints or complaints.
But today I was not pleasantly surprised at first, half of the shawarma consisted of lavash, of course, it is not pleasant to eat it.
In general, this affects the overall taste of the shawarma, the photo is attached.
I don't understand why this happened!?
I hope this won't happen in the future!
Apparently, next time you'll have to go to the neighbors for shawarma.
When will the situation become clearer?
I would also like to add that after a long time no one contacted us about the situation and the issue was not resolved in any way!
Instagram didn't respond or call back, which is to be expected!
We recently bought a retest, it got even worse, they didn't put much meat, they weren't overweight, and the most unpleasant thing was a lot of sour, cheapest ketchup!!!!
It's a pity, I definitely don't recommend it!!!

probably the best shawarma of those that I visited, the shawarma is very tasty, good in size, inexpensive (12byn 550gr), they do it quickly (I waited for 6 minutes instead of the promised 15), there are no queues, it's comfortably cozy inside, the staff is positively polite
