The house is on the second line from the road, a little dead end, which is why it is quiet and there are not so many people on the street. You can walk to the Rowing Canal, Magnum, Small. Smog from the private sector does not reach at all. For those who have cars - parking problems. The playground is one for three houses. Good equipment was installed during construction - a Japanese elevator, German pumps, a Turkish lock. The squares are huge, but because of the location, the cost is lower than in other areas of the city. There are many corner rooms. It is hot on some floors, cold on some, especially on the technical floor, which has been converted into housing. The stops are far away (three buses: 11, 14 and 18). THERE is a BIG problem with the KSK. Previously, Zharkyn 1 and Zharkyn 2 were served by one KSK, but then some female representatives who have no idea about exploitation, due to their unpleasant personal relations with the chairman of the previous KSK, decided to change it to KSK Turkestan, which serves only old five-story buildings. As a result, the service is at full zero, it stably heats in winter (in one year only 13 gusts on the heating system, which is why one of the elevators was taken out of operation for a long time). Only for one year there were no impulses, because that year there was another plumber, who was then removed. The main plumber is on friendly terms with the chairman, does not even know how to audit the valves, and has no idea what an automation system is. It may explain that the floods occurred because of the drawings on the 16th floor. The chairman herself often engages in incomprehensible activities - she can calmly draw up a protocol for residents to pay a loan for some repairs that are usually carried out in very old houses, while she herself cannot explain which ones. The house is only 10 years old. The second house (the same), but serves another KSK; there are no such constant problems there
Of course I don't live there. But the house was built very beautifully by the builders! In general, I wish all residents happiness, joy and health!!

A cramped courtyard. Lots of cars. It's hard to park. There is little room for children to play. It resembles an anthill. Houses are round, which is not good. The entrance is from a one-way road. Check out also.
Zharkyn residential complex is located among gas stations, it is very inconvenient. There is also only one exit from the yard. A small yard and a bunch of parked cars.
