The complex itself has two shops, a cafe, a hairdresser, two medical centers.
Across the street is the famous Basil Canteen cafe.
There are metro and bus stops nearby.

Everything was clear and simple until the AXES (association of property owners) appeared. I do not know into whose sick head this crazy idea came in the Government about creating an AXIS instead of a KSK, but now the yard, parking lot, playgrounds have been divided between three AXES that cannot agree either with each other or with the owners of the property. I.e. now flowers can bloom near one house in one yard, near another XS. In general, innovations in housing and communal services have also affected this complex. We live according to Shevchenko, there is an "internecine war" going on between the Chairman of the AXIS and the losing side in the struggle for the Chairman's chair. There are ardent attempts to involve all residents in this struggle. There are a lot of rental housing in the house with all the ensuing situations, it is impossible to track who is who. The entrances are relatively clean, the speed of execution of applications is quite fast, given that the Chairman is in the access area. The location of the house is wonderful, close to public transport (Metro, buses), within walking distance of shopping malls, parks, circus, hospitals. Developed infrastructure. Near the atelier, dry cleaning, cafe and dining room of a new type of Basil with round-the-clock operation

A terrible apartment complex, the yard is just dead, it looks like ksk is doing its job through one place. Some of the entrances are in terrible condition. I also strongly advise against renting an apartment from a certain Clara, the same kind of shit.
