We were in another branch, it was delicious, so I was glad when I saw the branch near the house. The only drawback there was that they refused to pour lemonade into a paper cup, so I would have taken two. Consider it a lost profit. But when we ordered doners in this branch, I was disappointed. The atmosphere is tense, the order is accepted quickly, but you can expect it forever. At the same time, they bring a doner that has already been laid down, cooled down, not at all crisp and soaked. It would be great if in winter they offered to pack it in foil or paper, because while we were walking home, it cooled down completely. The service is terrible, until you come up with a receipt, no one will even ask what order I'm sitting in their hall waiting for. The tubes are not clear where, and when you ask, they serve it to you with your bare hands. I think it's not hygienic. Especially after the whole world got sick with coronavirus. I would like to be able to take a tube myself, as is customary in normal establishments. In general, the doner, even if it was hot, also did not seem tasty, half of the doner is just potatoes (in my case, cold and not tasty), the beef is very tough, and the taste strongly interrupts the pickled cucumber, nothing else is felt. In general, the place is not very good, I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend contacting this institution. The husband and son bought a shawarma in the evening. The child had severe poisoning. I was sick for 2 days. Including water. My husband also had problems. We won't risk ordering food there anymore
