On September 14, 2023, I was at this station, in addition to the above inconvenience, at 5:15 a.m., without any announcements or warnings, the cashier turned off the lights in the waiting room for about five minutes, creating pitch darkness. At the same time, she did not respond to repeated requests from waiting passengers to turn on the light. I turned it on after the above specified period of time, without explaining the reason for the power outage in the waiting room. Thus, she showed negligence and arbitrariness in relation to her official duties. At the same time, if the passenger put his belongings in the storage room, he paid 2 rubles for storage. Recently, I remembered that I forgot my wallet, phone or some other necessary thing and takes it away, and puts the rest of the things back in the storage room, then pays 2 rubles again. I think it's not right, but that's my personal opinion.
