The banquet was planned for 40 people on Sunday evening, approximately from 5 to 9 pm. Initially, having come to make a deposit and book our date, the administrator Margarita Alexandrovna immediately began to make an approximate menu for the banquet, bringing in a lot of dishes, and in some ways imposing unnecessary things because "she has 13 years of experience and she knows better." A week later, after thinking everything over, my husband and I came to make the final order and got to another administrator, Tatiana, who helped us choose, calculated the number of drinks, fruits, etc. A polite girl, there can be no pretensions to her work. Tatiana also booked a certain room for us and calculated the approximate cost of the banquet, it was about 2100 for 40 people with 2 hot ones. (this price does not include alcohol, drinks, fruits, sweets and cold cuts, all of which you buy separately). A few days after placing the order, Margarita Alexandrovna called back with a request to choose our 2nd hot one, insisted on replacing it in favor of a more expensive option, but we did not change anything and did the right thing. As a result, closer to the date, the number of guests decreased by 10 people (as reported) and we brought food and alcohol to the cafe on the day of the banquet and asked to recalculate the amount for us, as well as reduce the number of shared plates with snacks, because And there are fewer people and tables, respectively. Margarita Alexandrovna worked that day and after counting everything, she came out with 2,400. Having reduced the entire order, the amount increased by 300 rubles! My husband began to recalculate everything and the amounts did not change, but we will return to this later. + the officers were asked to pay extra for cutting meat and laying out fruits and sweets, because this is not part of their duties (and it really is not part of their duties, cooks should do it, but I thought about it only for tomorrow) or we could do it, arriving 2 days earlier An hour before the banquet, okay, we arrive at the cafe, go into our hall, and there is another banquet that we were not warned about! (as it became clear later, these were relatives of Margarita Alexandrovna). Although 2 more halls in the cafe were free! We went to express everything to the administrator, as an apology, she called the musicians an hour earlier (who had absolutely no vocal skills and the music screamed so that all the guests with small children had to leave the building onto the street) and they did not put vodka from the order on the table and did not count it in the receipt. But there are also a lot of disadvantages to the banquet. 2 tablecloths are laid on the inside out, our slicing was cut into uneven pieces of 2 cm, in all the dishes the onion was chopped in such pieces that it was terrible, the tongue was filled with a solid layer of mayonnaise because the pieces were cut disgusting and it had to be hidden. I wish I had photographed this whole mess.We were issued a check of 1900 and 40 rubles for the "mega" slicing to the officers. In general, it's just a nightmare and nothing but nerves.
P. S. They did the repairs, but the staff also needs to be changed. The place with the burnt-out sign got stuck somewhere in the 2000s.

We celebrated my wife's birthday in this cafe. When they came to order the menu, they counted on 16 people. The total amount was 45 rubles per person (alcohol and drinks could be brought their own, but one bottle had to be ordered – OK, ordered). A couple of days later, the administrator called his wife and said that they also wanted to have a rest for a company of 40 people, and offered us to stay in some third room, or office, they say we will sit there, communicate, no one will bother us, and we will come dancing in a common room the hall. My wife and I decided that we could sit and chat separately at home, but somehow we would try not to fight with that big company on the dance floor. My wife called the administrator back, and she sadly said that then they would have to refuse that company. Well, we'll have to, so we'll have to – we ordered it first. On the eve of the holiday, we called back to clarify that there would be 10 of us – some of the children were sick, others themselves – autumn. The administrator seemed offended that a large group had to be refused because of 10 people, but said that the menu would be adjusted to 10. OK. (By the way, besides us, two more companies, more numerous than us, rested that day) We arrive on the 27th, there are 2 bottles on the table. Okay, it's a small thing, never mind. The service was like a service – especially no pros or cons. It became interesting when it was necessary to pay. The waitress comes up and tells the whole table that you need to pay. I understand that I was sitting in the middle of the table and there might not have been an opportunity to say it differently at that VERY moment. But there was plenty of time to say it in person. I go to pay, they give me a receipt. I say that I want to pay with a card – you can't. After this answer, I did not focus on the amount of attention (well, after all, we rested all evening :) I ask why? He says if we just went in that evening and booked a table, then we could use a card, and since we had a banquet, then only in cash. It's great – I go across the BLK road to the ATM, unfasten 2.5% for withdrawals not in my bank and return to pay. For tomorrow, with a clearer head, I remember that I paid 728 rubles. Turn on the calculator and divide this amount by our 10 people. 45 per person does not work out in any way. But if this amount is divided by 45, then 16 people originally planned come out neatly. That's their math.
And when you go to the Belarusbank ATM, follow the traffic rules, cross the road at the intersection.
P.S. The receptionists, when they say "Thank you, goodbye" to you, it's not nice to turn away to the wall.
