The complex is located 100 meters from the beach. The huge room consists of 2 rooms, a large bathroom and a decent-sized balcony. The room has satellite TV, WFi. Disadvantages of the room:there is no refrigerator and kettle. The water is always hot with excellent pressure, however, when there is light. The lights were turned off during a thunderstorm. There is one refrigerator on the 2nd floor. Its own secured Parking, polite, friendly staff. I ate a couple of meals in the canteen at the hotel. It's a bit simple for me. For 3 meals a day, 1000 per person.. There is no menu, the food is standard. Usually this type of food is offered to group tourists. The rest can either completely refuse or choose. There are no complaints from the staff about this. Our room in September cost 2000 rubles per day. Party-goers, of course, will be bored in Ochamchira. They come here for the clear sea, sparsely populated beaches, and silence. There are many thermal springs nearby, paid (300 rubles) and free.

We had a vacation with my husband in early September 2022, on the advice of an acquaintance. Spacious room, snow-white linen, towels. The balcony! He went out to sea with us) we had dinner on the balcony, admiring the sunset, listening to the lapping of the waves. There was something like a farm nearby, and roosters could also be heard from the surrounding houses, but not very loudly. The beach is 30m away, right in front of the building it is black sand, we walked a little further towards the center. There are pebbles, but the bottom is sandy. There are few people on the beach. You can eat as it is more convenient for anyone: cook in the kitchen yourself, buy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining room, go to the surrounding cafes. We went to the very center (5 minutes) in Ahra. We ate homemade khinkali, shish kebab, meat in Abkhazian, a boat and many others. Other. The shops have local drinks: soda, wine, beer. There are sun beds in the Pearl, you can take them freely. There is a place to wash the sand off your feet. Secure parking. Toilet paper, cooler on the ground floor. Among the disadvantages: a refrigerator shared by 26 rooms, thin, with balls of rolled filler, pillows, ants, a bad drain in the stall. Nearby there are caves Otapa Head and Abrskil, Hot springs! Everything is very beautiful and impressive) There are more waterfalls, but we couldn't get to them. In general, we are happy with our stay here, we wish the Pearl prosperity and development! Close to the sea, it's gorgeous that the beach is sandy, but the children liked it more on the rocks and jumping from breakwaters, so they went further.
The cleaning is far from perfect(
The view from the window to the sea is greatly exaggerated, it looks like a rusty barrel, and the sea is on the side, a piece is visible... You won 't be able to enjoy the sunset 😁
Food is expensive in my opinion.
There are almost no curtains and a lantern shines in my eyes, I was not comfortable sleeping. Plus, the neighbors have roosters screaming🤪
There is NO refrigerator, TV and WiFi either))
The air conditioner blows on the bed, do not turn on with children at night (( it is not thought out in general
