A good clinic. Clean, cramped and there is no smell of the hospital at all. Classical music is playing in the toilets)))
The staff is more friendly. There are queues, of course, but there are televisions in the corridors and you can watch useful information. Cartoons are shown on televisions in children's areas.
More than a month has passed since the appointment with the therapist. The appointment was only for placing on the waiting list for a neurologist. I go to damomed. There is always a free and the closest available appointment with a doctor. The application does not allow you to sign up on your own. I took screenshots of the free recording several times and sent them to the local therapist on whatsapp. The answer is one-you are on the waiting list. So that I could not write a review for the appointment, the application removed that the appointment is being made. I would have already been told to go to a paid doctor. It is not clear if the queue on the waiting list is suitable at all. It was the same last year. Then they just wrote it down on some pieces of paper and with the words:We'll call you as soon as the queue opens. In short, receptions at the clinic are conducted for show. To receive money for services. They will write out a referral for tests, not to get to the doctor with the results. The specialist says that once a year, observation, analysis. And the therapist only offers a waiting list.My husband waited in line for a cardiologist. They called that the doctor was ill. The reception was moved to nowhere... Maybe, of course, this is the case in all clinics.
Excellent clinic. You can get insurance treatment here. The materials are of high quality. And most importantly, all the doctors in Stomatos can find an approach to each child.
She was injured at work, and had a severe bruise X-rayed at the trampoline. I wanted to make an appointment with a traumatologist. And the reception said you have nothing serious, sign up as planned. Are they doctors? In general, our clinic, as always, is not good
Oh... every time I have to go to the clinic, I feel stressed.
One of the last situations - I opened a sick leave, I was told to come to an appointment with a therapist (to extend /close a b/l) at a certain time from 10:15 to 11:15.
I was notified that there would be a first-come, first-served appointment, but by this time I see such a picture - a queue of 8 people, in which people are sitting for an appointment on a ticket and, like me, on a first-served basis. As a result, we agreed to go through one, but then more people came who were on the ticket and suddenly our design changed dramatically - we (people who are alive) had to wait for the end of the reception. What do we have in the end? Three lost hours of life in a queue to extend sick leave, in a not very pleasant physical condition and in addition with nervous worries about conflicts that people get because of the terrible organization of work.
The question is, why can't we just make separate reception hours for people with b/l? Apparently, the management staff enjoys daily scandals, otherwise I don't understand why they still haven't changed this system in any way.
The dentist and optometrist are good in principle, you should not be afraid of them, but-at the dressing they said in front of the child that infection is possible.
Among all the polyclinics in the city, the most normal in terms of maintenance and service. There are more qualified specialists than in other polyclinics.
Excellent staff , good attitude to clients,I often record the child is always taken exactly on time, about queues, there are queues and especially in the exam room and to the genicologist, well, in general I like this clinic for 8 years I have been in it and the child has been in it for 3 years
I had a better opinion about this clinic. She passed a medical examination, for a fee. I came back a week later for the result. The result: I went to the third floor 2 times, sat at a closed office, lost half an hour of time and left with nothing. Dzyuba L.P.
The interior is the best in Kostanay in terms of comfort, thoughtfulness and beauty. Everyone is polite and very responsible. The only thing is probably, as in many polyclinics, there is not enough of the right number of specialists to eliminate 2-week waiting lists by appointment
I have been serving here for several years. It suits almost everything. The attitude is excellent, the staff is attentive and friendly. Fire specialists. The waiting time is short, if by recording, then we arrive at the recording time.
It is assigned to Zhemchuzhnaya on Uralskaya
Good repair
Knowledgeable specialists
And if I may say so, a pleasant atmosphere
Naturally, as everywhere there are queues, etc
. By the way, they also performed an operation here - everything went fine
A disgusting clinic with unqualified staff!. Today, at the 5th polyclinic, they refused to give me a 2-dose tetanus vaccine. Since there is no drug in the clinic. They refused to give a referral to another clinic or emergency room. After the accident, an X-ray was prescribed in 1 projection! I'm not a doctor, but I understand that with injuries and complaints, they always do it at 2!!! The radiologist was also shocked, the radiologist was good, he sent him to a traumatologist. Paramedics are useless! They can't give you a referral, or record you for an ultrasound, for tests, or a consultation! No one knows or can do anything! Moreover, I have been waiting for the opportunity to sign up for an ultrasound since June 20!! And they tell me that they are recording now from May 22, we have to wait another month. Why attach such a huge number of people to your clinic that it is impossible to provide services in full and decent quality!
It's clean, it's nice to be in the clinic, but there is one huge disadvantage, you wait a long time for an appointment, not in the queue, namely an appointment
I will give five stars only for the staff and specialists. Easily accessible online registration for a doctor's appointment. The clinic is new, fresh construction, new equipment.
Prices for paid visits are more expensive than those of private clinics.
Gynecologist, ultrasound, CTG of the fetus, office for sampling, dentistry. There is also a separate entrance for receiving sick children. A kind of filter cabinet. There is also a transition between the buildings of the main polyclinic and this one, which is very convenient.
Apart from new repairs, equipment and modernity of the building, there are no advantages. An absolute mess in everything. Starting from the lowest levels to the highest. 99% of the incompetence of specialists, they just sit idly and look at appointments on the Internet. They Google medicines and read about diseases from Wikipedia without being embarrassed by a specialist! It is impossible to get through to the call center, they give one information there, and another on the spot in the clinic. We passed the tests a week ago and there is no trace of them. It's just that the most basic blood test is just not ready. Although the period of tests from the date of taking is 10 days. today is 7 days and we don't even have them, but we have an appointment with a specialist. A person with health problems is forced to retake for a fee in another laboratory!!!
I have to stand in line for a long time when I signed up for the time. And then the doctor tells you that there is no quota for MRI, come back in a month and a half. Wow!
A good clinic.
I have been observed for three years by all the number and competent specialists.
I like my son 's pediatrician.
A polite young girl and finds a good common language with a child
The clinic's terrible service, you have to walk yourself and tell them what to do and how to do it, they don't register on time. Sick leave is issued at random. Maybe I'm talking, but section 23 is something you have to wait for days, the doctor takes 30-40" minutes. And due to the current situation in the world (covid), doctors should be informed how and what to do after they are discharged from the hospital, and neither patients nor their relatives should run to all doctors what to do next and what treatment to carry out, but they only write out instructions and prescriptions for everything done by patients, it's just a nightmare. Sort out the manual please
