I can recommend it only in case of an emergency. They don't even launch coupons, which, by the way, are practically impossible to get (I understand that there may be force majeure, but there's not an hour and a half delay, that's why people take coupons so as not to sit for so long). The question is, why are coupons in this institution in principle?
