The park is unkempt all around. By May 9, the path to the mound will be swept and this is the end of the tribute. Yes, there are wreaths. But you can treat the victims of that terrible war with great respect! Improve the paths, put lanterns, benches, mow the grass periodically in summer, not once a year.
