On April 5-6, the exterior wall in apartment 63 on 17 Hrushevskaya Street (a 6-storey apartment building, from the roof with an attic window, as a result of precipitation) was flooded. On 04/6/2022, I contacted the service 115. On 04/7/2022, the head of the housing department 11 and the master arrived, drew up an inspection report, poured from the roof, gave me to sign and said that after approval by the head of the housing department, they would give the act to me. But that was not the case, until 04/27/200022, they did not issue an act to me, referring to the fact that the pitched roof of the housing and communal services in our house is not serviced for an unspecified reason and the act is not required to be drawn up. After I contacted the 115 service three times, once to the housing and communal services hotline, as well as to the hotline of the Administration of the Moskovsky district of Minsk, on 04/27/2022, an inspection report was thrown into my mailbox without my signature, signed by the ZHES master, who was not present at the inspection of the apartment, the act stated, that the flooding occurred as a result of depressurization of the abutment of the roofing block (roof) to the block of the attic window, and I must eliminate the flooding at my own expense, while the water through the attic window does not flow from the moment the house is built. On 04/22/2022, a second inspection was carried out, after removing the wall from the roof, with the participation of an engineer of the housing and communal services of the Moskovsky district of Minsk, the head of the ZHES11 and the master of the ZHES11. The commission found that the flooding was the fault of the housing and communal services. Materials and works are indicated in the defective act, but nothing is indicated about the repair of the roof. The roof has not been serviced by the housing and communal services since 2015, it was not listed from debris and snow, as required by regulatory documents. Nothing is indicated about the repair of the roof in the defective act (the apartment is insured, comprehensive insurance). After contacting Housing and communal Services N1 and the Moscow district, they explained to me that I was obliged to repair the roof at my own expense. I will continue to contact the Housing and Communal Services of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. At the moment, I can't say anything specific about the work of this organization, to which my apartment building belongs at the address, since the main pressing problems are already being solved not through the ZHES control room, but by number 115. But in those days, when the dispatcher of this housing department was contacted on every issue, I (I'm talking specifically about myself) had no complaints about the management and specialists. Everything was listened to attentively, recorded, the conversation was conducted correctly, calm answers were given to the questions asked, then specialists came on time and faithfully performed their duties. Plus, the convenient location of the organization (for me, in general, next to the house), a well-maintained room inside, and the landscaping is pleasing to the eye outside.
