I called the ZHES about cold batteries. The dispatcher replied that the batteries were being blown out of the apartments on the last floors and it should be done by the tenants THEMSELVES, not by qualified personnel, and sent me to a neighbor on the last floor. Apparently she wanted the neighbor to flood his apartment, and at the same time the apartments below the floors.
They did their work only after they left an application for 115.bel.
I would like to express my gratitude to the management and employees of ZHES 113 for a quick solution to the plumbing problem. In the evening, I left a request for 115 - at 9 a.m. the problem was solved. And it's easy to blame everyone.
