I called an electrician to turn on the switch. It's not a problem for me, but....the flap is locked with a key. An electrician came and lifted the switch. They called and said that his work in 4 rubles would be included in the fat. How is it? Do you have to pay for this already??? As I understand it, if he had changed something in my apartment, yes. And then for the switch that he came 4 rubles. Although our service said it was free. So then why is the ZHES needed at all. I can call a private trader even for 4 rubles. It's not about money, it's about the situation. Is this even normal??
