However, after three weeks of waiting, an employee of ZHES No. 27 ZhEU No. 3, without prior approval from the applicant, replaced the touch switch with a cheaper mechanical version without backlight, and threw out the old one. This does not correspond to the initial request for the installation of an existing touch switch, which was supposed to be fixed in a wall niche.
