The application for the installation of a switch in the entrance was submitted on 04/09/2024. In the corresponding room, a touch switch was previously used, which came out of a niche in the wall, but continued to provide lighting and operability. In order to ensure the safety of residents in public spaces, it is necessary to install an appropriate switch. However, after three weeks of waiting, an employee of ZHES No. 27 ZhEU No. 3, without prior approval from the applicant, replaced the touch switch with a cheaper mechanical version without backlight, and threw out the old one. This does not correspond to the initial request for the installation of an existing touch switch, which was supposed to be fixed in a wall niche.
