Since 2016, the heating pipes have become so hot that even touching them for a second burns you. It would be better not to turn on the heating at all than as it is now. The room is impossibly hot. The temperature in the rooms is constantly 30 degrees Celsius. It is impossible to go to work because you cannot sleep at night. State organizations are purposefully exterminating the population of the country. They require a lot of money for low-quality heating services. Reducing the temperature of the water in the pipes did not eliminate the noise. Government organizations cannot and do not want to eliminate the impossible noise. I think that before 2016, normal workers worked, and after that, pests, or the heating system of the house was damaged or out of order. Most likely, in my opinion, worker pests are to blame.
