In the entrance of Lynkova Street there was a smell on one floor from the garbage chute. At about 16.00, an application was submitted for disinfection and a blockage check, in the morning at about 10.00, a team with the chief foreman was already on the doorstep. This indicates efficiency!
They discovered the cause of the smell and eliminated it at the same hour. The room and the garbage chute were disinfected.
A week later, an employee arrived to make sure that the smell did not appear and cleaned the places again for prevention. Super!
Disgusting attitude towards the residents of the house. For three months I have been trying to resolve the issue of incorrect operation of heating devices. Some promises that they will solve everything and do nothing. One lie on their part. Entrances are not cleaned at all until you call the 115 service, cleaning schedules are never posted.
