They changed it , put a door in the basement . They were not informed and the keys must be collected around the house to make duplicates Because they do not have them.(now the Housing Department ).Laughter, they made a canopy, hung a lock, changed the door and they don't have keys (it's NOT REALLY possible to get into their own basement for which they pay monthly !!!!!!)
