It was necessary to dismantle the old toilet and install a new one. We agreed that the master will come on the 8th. As a result, a completely different master came - a guy named Dima. As a result, 3 hours were spent on the whole process, the toilet was installed crookedly on a plank, (the floor was initially flat) the plank was not even fixed in any way. The toilet bowl is rocking from side to side, of course you can not use it. After payment, I contacted this office for an explanation of why and whether they would like to fix the problem. To which it was said that there is no such specialist in the company and actually who was paid, so find out. I strongly advise against contacting this organization for services. There are no supporting documents about the work carried out, no receipts for payment.
