The PSC is like him, what can I write here, my wife and I took away the marriage certificate here. We expected that there would be a more beautiful office, where we would come verbally, offline confirm our decision to build a family and take our first, official family home home. But in reality, it happened in the basement, where the marriage manager and a bunch of other managers were sitting, a small department of the call center.
I would like for such events to allocate a separate office, with a thematic design, nevertheless this is one of the significant steps, both for citizens and for the state, because according to the 1st law of the constitution, a person / citizen is a value of the state. Especially when two citizens want to build a family and contribute to the emergence of new citizens, I think we should try to create pleasant impressions for this.
