The housing and communal services of ZHEU-10 does not work efficiently, the yard is dark, passable, only about 2 entrances at night, the light is on, you can break your legs in holes filled with rainwater, because cars and trucks drive around the yard as on the road. For what and who (??) did the Head of the Zheu-10 Dashkevich I. A. put on the Honor Board?? Complaints from residents about poor service are constantly sent to the 115 service, but help does not come immediately. So there was no electricity for a whole day in our house, because the house is old, more than 63 years old(!!!) Major repairs have never been done, pipes break through and all the feces flow into the basement, which we breathe. Why do they not skip the review in moderation (?!), and it is impossible to add a photo, because a "screensaver" appears - "ERROR...DOWNLOADS! "It's not clear to me personally.
We issued a call for a plumber to replace the equipment. They behaved impressively, boorishly. They refused to do the work, referring to the fact that they have no time - they need to turn off the heating. And because they don't have a punch. They didn't know that by calling a plumber, customers must also provide him with equipment! The master of the site justified them instead of advising them what to do and take action. The call was officially issued, the service was not rendered, the owners suffered a nervous breakdown. That's how Housing Department 10 works!

Only after that they came, removed the luminaire with a sound sensor and replaced it with Ilyich's light bulb, which now burns 24 hours a day. It burns constantly. Naturally, it burned out after a month. Is this the solution to the problem, in your opinion? Disgusting attitude. The specialists are worthless, with rare exceptions. The level of education and competence of managers is extremely low. Everything is based on the results and decisions on the appeals of citizens in general and me personally in particular. I think that we need to take a more careful approach to the selection of personnel from ordinary specialties to managers. The fish rots from the head. Somewhere, however, small problems for them, but large ones for ordinary citizens, are often not solved. But beauty is in the details. Using my example, we can say this with confidence. Because nowadays it's insanity to wait for "Ilyich's little paws" for 3 years. Aren't you ashamed of yourself? All this speaks to the incompetence of the head of this organization, at least. I don't want to offend anyone, but it's a fact. I have no light in the entrance and on other floors (on the 1st, on the 2nd), but only because the deputy himself asked, they put a REGULAR 40 Watt BULB instead of a lamp with a sound sensor and that's only on my floor (3rd). It's just ridiculous. So, do you need to address MPs on every issue now? Shame on such people. Then why are you sitting there? Go to the market to sell sneakers!

Of Victory, verbally repeatedly throughout 2021. they addressed the issue of regular, according to the schedule, cleaning of the entrance, as well as polluted yard territory. However, we try to clean the entrance ourselves (especially the 4-5 floors, they never get there and do not clean... ) But here's another problem. WE are waiting for our house to split! For six months now, water with faeces has been pouring in the basement of our entrance, people in apartments are suffocating from the stench and Housing and Communal Services-10 HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING to fix and eliminate this problem. The house has been without major repairs for more than 60 years, we rate the work of Housing and Communal Services-10 "worse" than "bad". In the near future, we are thinking of contacting the highest authorities.
