I can't get through, either it 's busy or the phone doesn 't pick up! The basement has been flooded with faeces for more than a month , the stench is not only in the entrance , but also in the apartments. The windows cannot be opened! They don 't react ! The receptionist advised to call the plumbers))) then what is the reception and the boss for?! Disgusting service!
