I applied on March 17, 2023 about replacing the valves that block the water in the apartment - a month of waiting (the answers of the workers : - there are no valves, - the food does not pay the bills, - buy at your own expense). These valves are not installed at the expense of residents! and at the expense of housing and communal services, stop extortion. Finally, the day came and the ill-fated valves were installed, BUT!!!! Ass-handed plumber Andrey Malakhov, probably in revenge for the free valves, broke the bathtub faucet! When asked why he removed the mixer (because no one asked him about it, but only needed to replace the valves!) - he muttered something unintelligible, buy spare parts yourself and left with a sense of "fulfilled" duty. Do not let this employee perform any replacements in your apartment-this is fraught with additional costs and your health, or does not leave for a second and controls his work, you should not trust such would-be plumbers!!!
The disgusting attitude of the employees of this housing and communal services, our house has not seen the planned disconnected hot water to this day, while even that week it was connected to everyone except our house, to the question why the answers differ, at first they blamed the heating networks, allegedly they do not give the go-ahead, they called them they do not understand what the reason is since they said to connect a long time ago and that there are no breakdowns and no problems, calling back the housing department version has changed that everything is connected to you do not worry (Malakhov is working, wait for water today), then the weekend, followed by Monday they do not pick up the phone, but there is still no water! Apparently there's something personal here, or what do you mean?
The most terrible housing department, I've been calling them for the 3rd year about the drainpipe, because all the water is dripping onto my balcony and it's already starting to crumble. And soon the rains will begin and the balcony will definitely crumble to the neighbors.
Maybe someone knows where to contact a higher-level organization to find justice for them.

On August 16, 2023, the boiler in housing and communal services 1 for heating hot water broke down. Today is August 24th and the whole house is without water. No one knows when they will do it, there is no money to put a new question. But such cunning ones will be billed for hot water that does not exist.
Of course, I understand everything, but getting through to them to call a plumber is a complete nightmare, it's easier for a resident to get through! That would be all right. So the water is turned off without warning, and it is problematic to wash, it takes an hour or even 2 to drain the water.
1 more moment, when the batteries are turned on, the master always came earlier and told them not to drain themselves, this time no one even came, they drained themselves, they called 3 times and said that the batteries were cold, in the end no one came. Now the same problem is again, the batteries are cold because they are airless, but it turned out that it was not so easy to call plumbing... We will complain to higher authorities in order to somehow influence their careless work!!!!
The wiring in the meter and the automatic plug burned out. They called an electrician from the housing department, came, did, he apparently does not know about the fire safety requirements, but the electrician from God, connected everything directly to one plug and said it was also possible, he was in a hurry, said a lot of work, apparently a hack for money, immediately wishing grandmother and can not give anything, the point is to work, and you don't turn on anything much electric here, live as you want to be called!!!! This is the attitude, we will continue to complain, I think it's time to put this organization in its place.

In our yard there is a house 17 on Uritsky Street. Shabby, shabby, it's a shame to look at.. Major repairs were carried out in 1974!!!!!!!! During this time, we managed to live our whole lives: they grew up, graduated from institutes, worked, retired., someone died.. And they don't care... People break their legs and ribs on the porch.. There are already 3 cases.. I recommend DISBANDING them altogether. OR... To recruit young good specialists.. Pensioners should be sent to a well-deserved rest. And also to deal with the city's food for the dirt in the city, for inaction, for disrespect for people. IT WOULD BE GOOD IF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE DID IT. I want to add.. This is just a cry of the soul, there is nowhere to turn.. Today 13.10.. The batteries are boiling water, the Windows are all wide open .. 27 *... Where in housing and communal services, the state has such funds to heat the street.. Lawlessness, mismanagement, waste of resources... I would even say theft from a not very rich state..
