People send calls to different authorities and do not help in any way, there is a small child in the family and it is not possible to live with cold water for a month.people working in this organization treat their work as negligently as possible and they are not interested in the lives of citizens.
The heating season came and they started to change the batteries, like. The poor were changed for three days, no one saw only their replacement workers!!! They hum and throw the phone!!! Disgusting!!!
Yesterday they promised that after 23.00 there would be hot water (after a planned two-week shutdown) Today, on 05/24/2022, hot water did not appear. I understand that there is any force majeure, but the control room number suddenly became busy all day or did not answer the phone. Instead of picking up the phone, explaining the reason, apologizing and telling when the hot water would finally be turned on, the dispatcher chose to cowardly go "into the bushes"! Shame on you!
