It is unrealistic to get through, I got through by phone 115 the first time they are simply notified that there will be a water shutdown and that's it, while neither at our entrance nor at the neighboring ones - there are no announcements and warnings. The site lists completely the wrong phones, I was given 2 other numbers (36-22-39; 22-51-61), but it is impossible to get through to them, just a squeak in the handset. Okay, if the numbers were busy, but they just don't answer calls, they tried to get through from different numbers - the result is the same: either a squeak that the ears wither, or music from the nutcracker
