I did not see the female dispatcher, but she spoke politely and adequately, and judging by the result, she clearly did everything necessary to quickly solve our problem.
And the master plumbers were really cool - they did everything clearly, quickly, flawlessly. It was comfortable and pleasant to communicate with them, with humor, both young and older.
