The office is still the same. I will give you some examples of how the employees of this housing department work:
1. The leaves in the yard, if raked, will lie in heaps until next spring. They will be removed only if you contact a higher organization. After cleaning in the spring, of course, there are clearings in the place of piles.
2. Every few months, the entrance can be swept, wet cleaning - only after contacting 115 or a higher organization.
3. Replacing the light bulbs is a problem. We were honored to hang lamps that respond to sound. They hung it high on the top floor, it never turns on.
4. During the heating period, batteries are drained almost every year, there are no Mayevsky cranes. There is no response to the application in 115.
5. Trees and bushes will be sawn - they will lie in the yard for a year.
6. In the autumn, wet fallen leaves are not removed - people walk, slip, fall.
7. In winter, yards and sidewalks are not cleaned. Pedestrians walk knee-deep in snow along the roadway; cars cannot separate. What prevents you from starting tractors?!? and I know - I need several applications for 115.
8. House trash cans are not cleaned for a long time.
9. Working with the public is disgusting. There is no way to get through to the reception, or they do not answer the phone, or fax. Applications in 115 are responded to with delays and only after reminders. There is no feedback - you have to find out about everything from them yourself.

There will be a lot of one star! A little bit about how our utilities work. The planned shutdown of the hot water was scheduled for 14:00 on 05/15/2024. The shutdown occurred a few hours before the scheduled time!!! They called the Minsk heating networks with a question, the answer was: "The housing department, apparently, was turned off earlier." They do it as they please, without regulations. Therefore, residents cannot plan their activities! This is the first one.
Secondly, the entrance has not seen a broom or a rag for several months. The cleaning situation is chronic!

23 марта до сих пор в дом номер 9 по ул. К.Чорн ого не принесены жировки. 22 позвонила в приемную, обещали разобраться. До сих пор жировок нет. И это далеко не первый раз

Отвратительная контора, которая не берет номера! Дозвонилась в приемную оставила жалобу -0 реакции. Позвонила в администрацию, а они в жэу оказывается они не в курсе жалоб и никто им не звонил! Делают из людей дураков! 5 дней без холодной воды для них норма! Наверное нужно к ним начать ходить в туалет быстрее работать начнут!

Уборку во дворах не выполняют.
Жировки не принесут, пока не дозвонишься в контору.
Подъезд не помоют, пока не дозвонишься в контору.
Бомбоубежище не ремонтируют . Заявки игнорируют.
За что взимают оплату с граждан?

Телефоны не актуальны! В службе 115 единственный телефон факса, который при звонке включается, а потом выключается. Связаться с ЖЭУ 3 невозможно.

Двор и подъезды не убирают.водостоки не чистят и из за этого идёт подтопления подездов
